Position Assessment:
So far, I have edited multiple videos on the new virtual clubs that have been assigned to me. I have also created and started working on the end of the year school video. Following this, I have helped create the virtual zoom backgrounds for everyone in Ripon High School. I still need to finish up completing the virtual clubs as well as the end of the year video.
Professional Development:
I have worked to develop professional skills by adapting to new learning environments such as online school. This has helped me grow in preparation for the future as it shows that I can adapt to new environments.
Concerns/Change:
A concern I have is that students won’t be too motivated to wear and participate on dress up days. There isn’t too much motivation for them as they won’t be receiving candy and it is all virtual.
Positive comment:
Niki Nguyen is such an inspirational, intelligent, and funny person. She is always doing her job and inspires me and others to do great things. Niki also gives me rides everywhere I go and am excited to work with her throughout the school year.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by fostering school spirit in addition to school unity with the club videos and zoom backgrounds. I have made many impacts throughout the campus such as being open and accepting of everyone with their thoughts and ideas.

ASB Report October and November

Position Assessment:
So far, I have helped sell t-shirts during the drive-in. I have also videotaped the fall fest candidate reveal and the fall fest queen and king. I also helped set up music during the drive-in and also set up music during the dude be nice reveal. Also, I have worked on the end of the year video and also made the gratitude video for the High School.
Professional Development:
I have worked to develop professional skills by learning to adapt to new virtual assignments. For example, I had to learn how to edit the gratitude video even though I didn’t have an outline or had no idea how to start. Another example is how I learned how to play music with the newly advanced sound system. This has helped me grow as it has taught me how to adapt in new environments.
Concerns/Change:
A concern I have is the students going back to school. This is a huge risk as students are likely to get covid. Especially how it is winter time, kids will be getting sick. Also, we would only be going back to school for 3 weeks which there is really no point in. We were doing perfectly fine with online learning.
Positive comment:
Anthony Saucedo is such an amazing overall person. His outfits are always on point and he always helps others in need. I envy his talents of being smart, funny, and athletic. Whenever anyone needs help with homework, Anthony would be the one who helps others and would be so kind to take the time and explain the homework.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by adding additional support in times of need with the addition of school music for the drive thru, music for dude be nice, and creating the gratitude video for people to watch and hopefully be grateful for what they have.

Position Assessment:
So far, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes already working on the end of the year video, editing the incoming freshman video which is approximately five minutes long, and filming/editing the video for the talent show for all grades to perform with.
Professional Development:
I have worked to develop professional skills by learning to adapt to film and edit on the new devices. For example, I had to learn how to film and edit for the talent show for all grades. I also had to put together a 5 minute long video for the incoming freshman to view what highschool life is like and how exciting our leadership activities are. This has helped me grow as it has taught me how to adapt in new environments.
Concerns/Change:
A concern I have is not being able to use certain music due to foul language and sexual slang. There simply aren't enough well versed songs we can use unless we have throwback songs but knowing the highschool class, they wouldn't really get entertained with that.
Positive comment:
Bryan Ochoa is such a kind and nice person overall. His constant jokes are what makes him such a great person. I feel like I can always be free to talk and ask questions. I envy how intelligent he is and doesn’t care what other people think of him. Bryan is just an overall achiever and I hope he is successful one day.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by adding additional support in times of need with the addition of helping with homecoming, decorating the school with clovers, filming and editing videos for the talent show, and spreading overall positivity throughout the school campus.
