Position Assessment:
So far, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes already working on the end of the year video, editing the renaissance/link crew video which is approximately a minute long, and filming/editing the video for sports.
Standing Committee:
Setting up audio alongside filming was a necessity in the end of the year film, spreading knowledge throughout the school, and keeping events such as club rush and back to school night not awkward. Following this, I have participated in link crew. I have participated in freshman day, freshman orientation, and more as well as hoping to continue the committee of helping underclassmen students.
Special Committee:
I was part of the t-shirt committee as well as the decorations committee. I helped by selling and updating the list of people purchasing the shirts along with helping hang up posters throughout the school, spreading positivity and awareness to my fellow classmates.
Mentorship Evaluation/Completion at time of Meeting:
My assigned partner did not attend core camp due to him going camping. From the help with Scott Backovich focusing on creating personal connections and preparing our newest members of the class, students such as myself have learned on a personal level how to become a mentor. I appreciate the lesson that focuses on mentorship as it shows new students within the program how to create and edit their own website alongside creating inseparable bonds, lasting hopefully forever. Although it was awkward at first, James and I created a strong bond by talking about what we did for fun. We would play games such as Brawl Stars in and out of class inorder to work together as a team and get to know each other's strategies and maneuvers.
Concerns:
A concern I have is the fact that I have to attend music and film, while not enjoying the events or even participating in them. An example of this is club rush and back to school night.
Positive comment:
James Wilkins has had a massive impact on me as an individual. He is kind and supportive, making me be the best I can be. He is an overall superstar and an ideal leader for this program. He has done a great job in shirt sales and setting up for the school.
Change:
A change I would like to have is having a decoration committee in order to decorate and set up for club rush and make posters for the leadership team.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by adding additional support in times of need with the addition of helping with club rush, decorating the school with posters, filming and editing videos for renaissance, and spreading overall positivity throughout the school campus.

Formal ASB Report
Position Assessment:
So far, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes already working on the end of the year video, such as videoing and editing for volleyball pink out game, volleyball black out game, multiple volleyball and football games, ladies golf, and both water polo boys and girls. On top of this, I have done sound system by setting up at the night rally on the amphitheater, as well as setting up sound for candidate reveals, multiple rally's, and powderpuff scoreboard and sound. I have created, filmed, and edited multiple videos for the school like the homecoming dress up days.
Standing Committee:
I did not partake in any standing committees at this time.
Special Committee:
I was part of the powderpuff committee in which I did sound, music, microphones, and scoreboard. I was also a part of the coronation with helping set up the stages for the candidates to be on.
Mentorship Evaluation/Completion at time of Meeting:
My mentorship partner was James Wilkins. James was a nice guy and easily approachable. Although quiet at times, we formed a sort of bond. We went to lunch together and hang out occasionally. We really got to know each other and each other's hobbies, interests, and more! At times, it was a little awkward, but we both pushed through it and it was amazing. Doing this mentorship evaluation is key to having great relationships with new people!
Concerns:
Only concern I have is my partner not doing his job. I typically edit and set up sound but I also have to film. My partner is incapable of filming and when he does, it is shaky, not clear, too zoomed in, or not zoomed in enough.
Positive comment:
Emma Phelps has been a great friend and a better leader throughout the year. She has done an amazing job with the float and deserved to be on court and winning homecoming queen. She has given out genuine compliments and helped with multiple things throughout the school.
Change:
A change I would like to see is homecoming being more organized instead of scrambled. The event seemed to be smooth, but behind the scenes it was not.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by adding additional support in times of need with additional help with homecoming activities, filming and editing videos for end of the year video and homecoming, creating sound for the school on multiple occasions on the football field and amphitheater, and spreading overall positivity throughout the school campus.

ASB Report November and December

December 9, 2021
Formal ASB Report
Position Assessment:
During the months of November and December, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes already working on the end of the year video, such as videoing and editing for girls and boy basketball as well as boys and girls soccer. On top of this, I have created a gratitude video for the whole school to watch.
Standing Committee:
I am a member in link crew and in the coming weeks we are going to do study buddy night.
Special Committee:
I was in the dude be nice, door decorations, and blanket drive. During dude be nice, I recorded and participated with the leadership team to find the “dude” and give Sam her presents. For door decorations, I was able to decorate/wrap 12 total doors with my team. I counted numerous coins for the blanket drive which helped towards funding blankets for the needed people.
Mentorship Evaluation/Completion at time of Meeting:
My mentorship partner was James Wilkins. James is and always will be a kind and warm hearted person. I have helped him with whatever he needed. This included helping with the resume and cover letter portion of the website when he was confused. Doing this mentorship evaluation is key to having great relationships with new people and was well implemented into this program.
Concerns:
Only concern I have is my partner not doing his job. I typically edit and set up sound but I also have to film. I have been filming all of the sports thus far including girls and boys soccer in the freezing cold despite my partner coming to any event.
Positive comment:
Ryan has been so helpful with just being there for me this month. Although we go to different schools, I can always count on him for helping me push through this hell full month.
Change:
A change I would like to see is for door decorations to be more organized and well put together. My group was full of students who never knew how to do these decorations before and of course, we had the most doors to complete with all the windows. However, despite this difficulty, my team persevered through the trenches and overcame the fact that we had accomplished a great existential crisis.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by dude be nice, door decorations, and blanket drive. Filming and editing videos for end of the year video, creating and filming multiple videos for the school and class to see, I was able to impact today's society despite it being so little.

Position Assessment:
During the months of January and February, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes already working on the end of the year video, such as videoing and editing for girls and boy basketball as well as boys and girls wrestling. On top of this, I set up the projector for the rally. I helped the seniors with Winterfest as well.
Standing Committee:
I am a member in link crew.
Special Committee:
I did not partake in any special committees
Mentorship Evaluation/Completion at time of Meeting:
My mentorship partner was James Wilkins. James is and always will be a kind and warm hearted person. I have helped him with whatever he needed. This included helping with the valentine cards and website when he was confused. Doing this mentorship evaluation is key to having great relationships with new people and was well implemented into this program. I took him out to lunch and showed him a few things about highschool.
Concerns:
Only concern I have is getting a 0/10 when donating money. I don’t believe this is ethically right and should at least get a N/A.
Positive comment:
Gideon has been doing his job. I see him recording at events throughout highschool so he can put into the end of the year video.
Change:
A change I would like to see is Winterfest and how it is we do too many decorations. I believe that we should focus more on one special project and making it look so good rather than having many shitty projects that no one really cares about. Personally, I heard a lot of people say that they wanted one major project and focus the week on that said shopping cart and not doing pillars. Decorating pillars was a waste of time and looked mid. Same with the Windows and other decorations.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by spreading positivity through the beauty of film. Filming and editing videos for end of the year video, creating and filming multiple videos for the school and class to see, I was able to impact today's society despite it being so little.

ASB Report Final Months

Formal ASB Report
Position Assessment:
During these final months, I have helped by creating videos for the leadership team. This includes working on the end of the year video, such as videoing and editing for a variety of sports amongst the campus. On top of this, I set up the sound for the leadership banquet, set up the sound for the challenge for jeopardy, and lastly set up for tribe awards. I helped the seniors with whatever they needed such as setting up a banquet and event cleaning up tribe awards. I have finished the end of the year video and will set up the technology side of the rally this Friday.
Standing Committee:
I set up sound this year for certain standing committees during the challenge and also did fencing for the school at the end of the year dance.
Special Committee:
I was a part of the teacher appreciation special committee this year as well as the challenge. For teacher appreciation day, I had to come to school at 7:30 and give goodie bags to each teacher and put out food for the teachers in the morning. For the challenge, I set up sound for the challenge for jeopardy.
Mentorship Evaluation/Completion at time of Meeting:
My mentorship partner was James Wilkins. I have helped him with his website and took him to dennys after the dance for the end of the year. Him and I have gotten a better relationship and have been closer. He is a hardworking and wise person. Someone I can talk to and someone who has a great personality. Doing this mentorship evaluation is key to having great relationships with new people and was well implemented into this program. I took him out to lunch and showed him a few things about highschool.
Concerns:
My biggest concern is doing the end of the year video all by myself. I am tired of telling my partner and asking him to do something and him not doing it. I asked him to use the camera to film baseball but he did not and I had to go out of my way to get it from my friends since I do not have the camera and I filmed during the first semester. He has not done any work on the end of the year video and I had to do it all by myself. I am frustrated by this as there are no repercussions for him not doing anything. I put in all this work when he claims that he finished the video but gave me the computer with 4 clips; two of wrestling and two of basketball. Not only this, Gideon lets his friends use the camera to film sports such as basketball, tennis, and the homecoming float. It is really frustrating and I feel as if I always pull his weight for everything just for me to get shit on by my fellow classmates and teacher.
Positive comment:
Anthony has been there for me and listens to what I have to say. He gives me amazing advice that I take into consideration and I really enjoy what he does for this program as an officer.
Change:
A change I would like to see is my leadership partner. I wish I had a hard working, non excuse, person who actually did their job instead of lying to me and saying they have the video done. It is really frustrating and I need this change.
My impact:
I have changed the world today by spreading positivity through editing the videos for the end of the year video and setting up sound for various school events for students and faculty members to enjoy.
